This total is added together and analyzed using a special equation to determine your monthly rent. If you meet the income guidelines, you will be assigned the monthly rent that you need to pay every month on the required day. If you fail to pay, you can be subject to eviction.

Report all money that needs to be claimed, and you should have no problems. Claim your income, gifts, tax returns, child support, alimony and your children's income. These are all considered when calculating your yearly income and used to determine your monthly rent.
